You have talents and we have multiple volunteer service opportunities for you to consider. Whether it be in person or remote, as an individual or a group, we invite you to make a meaningful difference in your community.

Community service options:

• one of the most impactful actions you can take is to make a tax-deductible financial donation today

• host a gift drive at your company, union, association, social/book/wine club, faith community, place of residency, sports team, holiday party or other event to support isolated older adults in need

• purchase gifts to fulfill specific needs and wishes from the gift registries

• bundle gift kits to provide much needed resources for low-income seniors

• calling all makers!

  • create seasonal craft items to bring joy

  • knit or crochet blankets, hot pads, scarves, hats, mittens, and other items

  • sew - there are “sew” many options, you choose!

• create homemade cards with a personal note for isolated elders (store bought work too!)

• consider becoming a board of directors member to lead our strategic initiatives

• sign up for a shift at our operations center in NE Minneapolis to help sort, bundle, wrap, and organize community donations

• share the Gifts for Seniors social mission with your networks, friends, and family :)
